Account Terms
- When you signup to use Silhouette, your account will be available for use immediately from a URL similar to http://demo.silhouetteapp.com; where 'demo' is replaced with the account name you select at signup. As an example, if you use the account name 'Nicks Photos', your account will be available at http://nicks-photos.silhouetteapp.com.
- You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Silhouetteapp.com will not be liable for any loss or damages from your failure to keep you account information secure.
- You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your account
Payments, Refunds & Upgrades/Downgrades
- Silhouetteapp.com accounts are billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. There is no sign-up fees, contracts or hidden fees.
- There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
- For any upgrade resulting in a price increase, your credit card will be billed the difference for the remaining month automatically.
- All credit card payments are transmitted securely (via 256 bit SSL encryption) and confidentially using the eWay payment gateway.
- If your payments fail (for whatever reason), your site may be disabled until your payment details are updated and a successful payment is made.
Account Cancellation
- You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation. You can cancel your account from the update account details section of the admin site.
- All of your Content will be immediately deleted from the Service upon cancellation. This information can not be recovered once your account is cancelled.
- If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up month, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again.
Service Modifications
- Silhouetteapp.com reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice.
- Silhouetteapp.com shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
- Prices of all plans can be modified at any time with 30 days notice given from us, this notice will be provided via email and website updates.
Copyright & Content Onwership
- Your profile, content, photographs and any uploaded images/files (watermarks, gallery music etc) remain yours. We claim no intellectual property rights over such material.
- You shall be responsible for all content added to the service under your account.
- The look and feel of the site is copyright Silhouetteapp.com. You cannot copy or reuse any part of the HTML/CSS or Javascript elements of the site.
Content
- All content you add to your account must be used for lawful purposes only
- Pornography and sex related material are prohibited from being added to your account. Content that is deemed (by silhouetteapp.com) to be sex related will incur an immediate cancellation of your account.
General Conditions
- The service is offered "as is" and on a "as available" basis with no express guarantee or warranty on its use. Silhouetteapp.com will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this service.
- Technical support is available via email for all paying customers
- You understand that Silhouetteapp.com utilizes 3rd party vendors and hosting partners to provide the hardware and software infrastructure to run the service.
